No Refund — General Rule
Because Reports are generated and delivered immediately upon purchase, we generally do not offer refunds.
Exceptions
Technical Failure: If our system fails to generate a Report, you will receive a full credit refund.
Duplicate Charge: If charged more than once for the same Report, the duplicate will be refunded.
